Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist with extensive experience in selling technology solutions to the restaurant industry. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing deals and ongoing customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the restaurant industry, focusing on how our technology solutions can solve specific business challenges.
Manage both inbound and outbound sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless experience for prospects from initial contact to deal closure.
Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the needs and operations of each restaurant.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while maintaining long-term client relationships.
Work closely with the customer service and tech support teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to continuously refine and enhance sales strategies.
Utilize tech tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Excel to optimize sales processes and maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in restaurant technology, with a deep understanding of POS systems, payment processing, loyalty programs, and inventory management.
- Strong capability in all facets of the sales process, from prospecting to closing and beyond.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Driven and results-oriented, with a persistent approach to achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in essential tech tools such as HubSpot, Slack, Google Drive, ClickUp, and Excel, with a demonstrated ability to leverage these tools for efficient sales management and communication.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales with a specific focus on technology solutions for the restaurant industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
