- 1-2 years of experience in high-volume cold calling
- Ability to establish rapport quickly with prospects
- Strong understanding of SEO concepts and digital marketing services
- Experience in selling services like website design, SEO, PPC advertising
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Goal-driven with a positive, consultative approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients
- Qualify leads effectively through communication
- Provide information on digital marketing services and their benefits
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team for seamless appointment transitions

Additional Information:
Successful candidates may advance to management and sales training roles. We offer a collaborative environment that values determination, motivation, and professional growth.
Outbound call times will be New York business office hours Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm EST.
You will be expected to make 100 calls per day and set a min of 2 appointments per day or 10 per week. Those excelling at booking appointments will earn a bonus for booking more than 45 appointments per month.
