We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Cold Caller. As a Cold Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to businesses via phone calls to generate leads and schedule meetings for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to effectively navigate conversations to identify potential opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct cold calls to businesses to introduce our products/services and identify decision-makers.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements:

Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
Comfortable working independently and meeting daily/weekly call quotas.
Bonus points for candidates with a good American accent.
