Pond Lehocky Giordano, the largest workers’ compensation and disability law firm in Pennsylvania, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced part-time SEO Content Writer. As a part-time SEO Content Writer, your primary responsibility would be to create engaging and informative content that aligns with SEO best practices. This content is intended to enhance our online presence while helping our potential clients understand their legal options and how our firm can assist them with those options.
This role entails crafting compelling blog posts on various topics and news items related to workplace injuries and workers’ compensation law on a per-assignment basis, approximately one blog per week, with some opportunities for additional assignments. Prior to each assignment, the SEO Content Writer will receive an SEO content brief that provides guidance on keyword strategy and details about the desired topic.

? SEO Optimization: Integrate targeted keywords and phrases into blog posts to improve the firm’s search engine rankings, increase website traffic, and attract potential clients.
? Research: Conduct thorough research on relevant topics to ensure that accurate, relevant, and up-to-date information is provided to our users.
? Collaboration: Work closely with our SEO Content Strategist to understand content goals, target audience, and keyword focus to align your writing with the firm's content strategy.
Requirements:
? Proven experience as a content writer or copywriter, preferably with a background in law, journalism, or marketing. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
? Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to content creation. Familiarity with SEO tools and keyword research techniques is preferred.
? A degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Law, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
? Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
? Basic understanding of legal concepts in the United States, especially in workers' compensation.
? Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to integrate feedback in the editing process.
? A portfolio of previously written SEO content demonstrating your writing ability. Coverage of news items or content pertinent to legal topics, especially regarding personal injury or workers’ compensation, is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule:
? This is a part-time, remote position requiring approximately 3 hours of work per week. The schedule is flexible, but deadlines are firm.
