Role Overview:
As the Organic Social Media Manager at Triforce Digital Marketing, you'll be at the forefront of our clients' social media efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and executing organic social media strategies that captivate audiences, build brand awareness, and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement effective organic social media strategies in alignment with client objectives.
- Understands the value of the content on the branding, including posts, stories, and videos, that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage and maintain social media profiles, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personable manner.
- Collaborate with our creative team to design visually stunning graphics and multimedia content.
- Analyze social media performance data to optimize strategies and maximize reach.
- Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Organic Social Media Manager or similar role with a focus on genuine audience growth.
- Deep understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative flair with a keen attention to detail.
- Data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple social media accounts.
- Not a requirement but a plus: Cloud Campaign experience.
