Job Title: Virtual Assistant - Marketing Specialist for Online Course Business
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual Assistant with a strong background in marketing to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an expert in developing and executing marketing strategies tailored to our unique audience - women aged 30-60 who are seeking transformation after experiencing narcissistic abuse. This role demands a creative thinker with experience in digital marketing, particularly in leveraging social media platforms like Instagram, to increase engagement, convert leads, and drive sales of our online courses and products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals and target audience needs.
- Craft compelling sales scripts for
- Manage and optimize our use of automation tools (such as ManyChat and Zapier) to streamline the client onboarding process and enhance lead capture mechanisms.
- Analyze and leverage data from our existing audience on Instagram (200k+ followers) to refine marketing approaches and increase engagement.
- Create and monitor the performance of evergreen webinars and other marketing materials to ensure they are effectively contributing to sales goals.
- Assist in the development and marketing of low ticket offers and other new products, aligning with the overall brand and mission.
- Provide insights on niche marketing strategies to better target our specific audience and stand out in the marketplace.
#### Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns, particularly in the context of online education or personal development sectors.
- Excellent copywriting skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content across various platforms.
- Proficient in using marketing automation tools and CRM platforms, with a preference for candidates experienced in ManyChat, Zapier, and Kajabi.
- Deep understanding of social media marketing, particularly on Instagram, with a knack for creating compelling Stories and Reels that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform strategy adjustments and improvements.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the team and provide regular updates on marketing efforts.
