Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Patient Records and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining patient records, responding to frequently asked questions, and providing personalized communications to our patients. You will also assist patients with insurance-related queries, resolve billing discrepancies, and respond to patient inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality
Respond to frequently asked questions from patients and provide clear and accurate information
Send personalized communications to patients to enhance their experience
Assist patients with insurance-related queries and resolve billing discrepancies
Respond to patient inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Perform data entry and generate basic reports as needed
Provide emergency contact details to patients as necessary
Assist with marketing campaigns and manage social media profiles
Analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and implement SEO strategies
Possibly take over authorization and pre-authorization tasks
Help curate data for our data tracking spreadsheet
Determine the need for a marketing person and assist with contact curation
Build relationships with patients and colleagues based on integrity, excellence, and compassion
Use WebPT software for daily tasks and responsibilities
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using WebPT software is a plus
Experience with data entry and generating reports
Knowledge of marketing principles and social media management
Ability to analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and implement SEO strategies
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy
Regular dialogue with tea
Ability to reconcile payments on credit card statements and daily billing logs
