Our mission with this job is to find a full-time SHORT FORM EDITOR dedicated to helping our CEO Dr. Phil - an award-winning Doctor release 30 social media short form videos PER MONTH.
We are looking for a dedicated, skilled and talented motion graphics and short form video editor to join our team **Full-Time** and create amazing short form videos to grow our brands across Social Media Channels. We want someone that can create **VIRAL VIDEOS** and short form videos that STAND OUT from other talking videos with captions.

We are a dedicated agency looking to grow OVER 1M IN FOLLOWING for Dr. Phil. This means we need someone who can consistently and quickly execute great video editing work. We are not looking for a part-time contractor, but someone who is WILLING and DEDICATED to helping us reach the unique brand design and type of video we are looking for. This will require not just short-form editing skill with captions, but creativity with motion graphics, graphic design, and inputting unique elements into video.
WE WANT SOMEONE WHO IS AMAZING AT ENGLISH - and able to creatively translate our ideas to beautiful edits!!
At least a few years of editing experience is required and a STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF ENGLISH so that you can work with me to get the style and elements I want to include is REQUIRED.
OUR VISION is to help DR. PHIL become as big as Alex Hormozi online, but with a focus on the niche of educating people on topics ranging from Business & Entrepreneurship to Health & Wellness.

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES?
You must be available EVERY DAY to edit videos according to our content schedule. We are aiming to create Daily Posts for each of our accounts (Meaning 30+ Videos per account per month for at least 2 accounts).
- You must be willing to go above & beyond with 110?fort into each video
- You must be capable of creating unique Graphics in After Effects / Photoshop/Illustrator, and incorporating them into the videos
- You must be capable of understanding English, and being resourceful by being able to search online for stock videos or relevant graphics that match the Captions and text of the video being edited
- You must maintain professionality, and know when to include a graphic seamlessly to ENHANCE the video, NOT to Distract the viewer from the speaker making the talking point
- You must be consistent and FAST with your work, and be willing to complete Revisions WITHIN 12 HOURS of receiving feedback.
- You are PERFORMANCE DRIVEN and WILLING TO PERSEVERE
- You are EXPECTED to be compensated off of COMPLETION OF WORK -- NOT based on the hours you put in. We are looking for someone who will put in the BEST WORK no matter how many hours it takes them to complete a video.
