# Your Mission

As our **AI Search Optimization Specialist**, your mission will be to improve our visibility, authority, rankings, citations, and lead generation across both traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered search platforms.

You will help position our company as a trusted authority that:

* Ranks well in Google
* Gets surfaced in AI-generated answers
* Appears in semantic search results
* Builds topical authority and trust signals
* Converts traffic into leads and customers

# What You’ll Be Doing

### Core Responsibilities

* Conduct ongoing keyword, entity, topic cluster, and search intent research
* Optimize content for:

* Google Search
* Google AI Overviews / AI Mode
* ChatGPT
* Perplexity
* Gemini
* Claude
* Other AI-powered discovery systems
* Improve technical SEO performance across websites and content assets
* Enhance semantic relevance, structured data, internal linking, and topical authority
* Optimize blogs, landing pages, YouTube content, and website pages for both:

* Search visibility
* User conversion
* Analyze search trends and adapt strategies based on AI-search behavior
* Implement schema markup and structured data best practices
* Monitor rankings, indexing, citations, and AI visibility
* Perform testing and ongoing optimization of SEO/AEO/GEO strategies
* Create regular reports showing progress, insights, and opportunities
* Collaborate with our team through Zoom and async communication

* Ahrefs
* Screaming Frog
* Google Search Console
* GA4
* Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
* Excellent English communication

* Comfortable working during USA business hours
* Comfortable occasionally sharing your screen during collaborative sessions

### Strongly Preferred

* Experience optimizing for AI-driven search platforms
