Base Salary: $1200–$1,600/month (based on experience + skillset)
Incentives: Performance-based raises after 90 days

Looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to join our team full-time.
****Daily Responsibilities****
-Phone, text, and
-Manage customer data in our CRM (Hubspot, GoHighLevel or similar)
-Confirm, remind, and follow up with booked appointments
-Daily/weekly student check-ins
-Use screen recording tools (Loom, Tango) to document and explain tasks
-Respond and manage messages across Slack,
-Perform general admin tasks and outreach
-Using A.I. tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) to speed up tasks
-Creating clear SOPs and templates to make things more efficient
****What We're Looking For****
-Excellent spoken and written English (must be confident on the phone)
-1+ years experience in virtual assistant, customer service, or sales support
-Tech-savvy with experience in CRMs, messaging tools, and project platforms
-Fast learner, strong communicator, and proactive problem solver
-Organized and dependable, you meet deadlines and follow through
-Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
-A mindset of ownership, you want to grow with a company long-term
