Job Description: Ensure that the company delivers timely, genuine and individualized support for the customers' superior shopping experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Respond to queries in a timely manner via Phone
Handles both inbound and outbound calls
Process order cancellation and refunds
May process orders and transactions
Ensures 100% customer satisfaction with products or services
Qualifications:
Must have at least 1 year experience handling Retail account or any call center accounts experience
Preferably with Shopify experience
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Fast and stable internet connection
Work Schedule (to be discussed during interview) with weekdays off (If you're not okay with that then please don't apply)
