We are seeking Educational Sales Associates who can inspire students, guide them toward the right career path, and represent our programs with professionalism and confidence.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the enrollment process.
• Present and promote our training programs, highlighting their value in preparing students for high-demand careers.
• Conduct consultations to understand student needs, goals, and financial considerations, and recommend appropriate programs.
• Follow up with leads, build strong relationships, and close enrollments.
• Collaborate with admissions, support, and academic teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
• Stay informed on current industry trends, certification requirements, and job market opportunities to best advise students.
• Participate in regular tea ---------- etings, sales training sessions, and ongoing professional development.
Requirements:
• Proven sales, admissions, or customer service experience with a strong record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Strong English proficiency and cultural familiarity with the United States (required to communicate effectively with U.S. students).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with IT and business career certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, PMI PMP) is a strong plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM EST.

• Fixed Salary: $1,200 – $1,600 USD per month
