We're a U.S.-based business credit and capital access company helping established business owners access $50K–$250K+ in 0% APR funding. We work with a selective client base and hold a high standard for client experience throughout the entire funding process.
We're hiring a Client Success Manager to own the client relationship from onboarding through capital deployment and beyond.
What You'll Be Doing
Serving as the primary point of contact for active clients throughout their funding journey
Guiding clients through a structured, phase-based program with clear milestones and deliverables
Managing credit repair workflows — disputing inaccuracies, tracking score progress, and coordinating with our credit repair VA
Keeping clients accountable to action items and timelines without hand-holding
Flagging at-risk clients early and escalating to the team when needed
Maintaining clean CRM records and updating client status consistently
Communicating professionally across
Requirements
1–2+ years of CSM experience specifically at a funding, business credit, or capital access company — this is non-negotiable. We will verify.
Demonstrated experience with credit repair processes (disputes, bureau communications, score monitoring)
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free work setup
Comfortable working U.S. business hours (or significant overlap)
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to manage multiple active clients simultaneously
What We're Not Looking For
General VA experience rebranded as CSM experience
Someone who has only worked in lending or loan processing
Anyone who needs to be taught the basics of business credit from scratch

Compensation
Competitive base + performance incentives. Rate discussed during the interview. This is a long-term role — we promote from within and reward people who perform.
