Kumusta! I am an Xactimate Level 3 certified estimator from the Philippines and I have 7 years experience working with different restoration companies. I can create estimates for water, mold, fire, tarp/board, smoke & reconstruction/GC (drywall, painting, flooring, cabinets, roofing, siding etc) assignments using Xactimate and Symbility/Cotality. I also estimated few large loss restoration projects with the assist of a senior estimator. I have a Civil Engineering background that truly helped me with this career.

I specialize in creating estimates under Third Party Administrators (TPA). I’m trained to follow SLA guidelines to ensure all estimates meet carrier & TPA requirements. I worked with insurance carriers such as USAA, State Farm, Cincinnati, Lemonade, Florida Penn, ASI, THIG, NatGen, American Family, American Integrity, KIN, Security First, etc.

I am independent and can estimate without demo sheet as long as I have the sketch and photos for small to mid size jobs. I try my best to include all line items that are defensible and can be supported with appropriate documentations such as F9 notes, photos or city/international code. I can address and create rebuttals for the TPA review comments to minimize or avoid any bold back requests. I also assist with creating supplement estimates or change orders as well.

Aside from estimating, I have experience handling multiple claims under TPA and Managed Repair Programs (MRP). Throughout my career, I have experience managing claims under Alacrity, Sedgwick Repairs, Symbility, Contractor Connection, Brightserv, HOMEE, Wilbur, Preferred Repair, etc.

I am very familiar with TPA claim workflows— from lead intake to final billing. I also communicate with TPA to ask insurance carrier-related questions such as verifying coverages/deductible/depreciation, follow up estimate review/approval, requesting draws, collecting payments and many more. I always make sure that every job is client approved before communicating to project managers prior to moving projects into production.
