I started in ecommerce in 2018 building and marketing my own brand from the ground up which gave me a hands-on understanding of offers, customer psychology, traffic, landing pages, and conversion.
By 2020, I specialized in CRO focusing on funnel optimization, PDPs, landing page strategy, and conversion psychology. The deeper I got into CRO, the more obvious it became that many conversion issues started before the click.
