CAD TECHNICIAN / 3D VISUALIZER

•
Creates precise technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and perspective drawings using CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
•
Produces rendered 3D drawings to visually communicate design intent and spatial relationships to clients and the construction team
•
Interprets and translates architectural and engineering sketches, concepts, and specifications into accurate and detailed technical drawings
•
Revises and updates drawings accordingly based on design changes, client feedback, and consultant instructions

QUALIFICATIONS:
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
•
8 years experience as Office & Site/QAQC Engineer
•
1 year experience as a Cost Estimator / Construction Virtual Assistant
