I am currently working full-time as a project manager for Asia Pacific Human Resources Global Operations. I am a project manager handling end-to-end processes from discovery to delivery of process improvements, product enhancements/developments that aids the need of local APAC countries. I am a detail-oriented worker and I value delivering excellence and quality to my clients. As a project manager, I ensure that I am committed, proactive and dedicated to keep initiatives on track. I regularly connect to stakeholders and closely monitor timelines which is highly essential to ensure that projects and initiatives are set to launch. I am an employee who takes ownership and accountability and I am not hesitant to learn along side with people that I work with.

I also have a background being a corporate facilitator. I have excellent platform skills and can conduct trainings both online and in-person. Apart from being a facilitator whose main objective is to help employees transition into their new roles and be comfortable in the environment that they are in, I also conduct coaching sessions which addresses ways on how I can be of help regarding their performance and behavior which helps them to be more successful in their new role.
