Hi! I’m Neil, a Registered Mechanical Engineer from the Philippines with hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling, HVAC coordination, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and construction documentation.

I currently work on U.S.-based projects where I convert consultant drawings into coordinated 3D Revit models for HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, storm drainage, domestic water, and fire protection systems. I also use Navisworks Manage for clash review and coordination, update models based on design revisions, prepare coordinated drawings, and perform model QA/QC.

I previously worked with an in-house MEPFS design team for commercial mall projects, where I handled HVAC and MEP coordination, consultant drawing review, quantity takeoffs, BOQs, site inspections, and construction support.
