I started trading the stock market in the year 2016 with little to no less strategy. I eventually studied strategies that are very effective such as trading the trend, entering breakouts, and doing short play trades such as bounce plays and bottom fishing. I learned all of this stuff through videos and books. My risk tolerance is only 1% per trade, for the main reason that a trader should secure his capital first before thinking of the possible reward. My risk exposure should only limit to 6%, which means that I am not allowed to enter another trade if my open trades are still against my bias and if the percent rate is at 6% maximum. I recently got into forex and started trading demo account to know more on how the vehicle works. The same strategy is used in trading forex since my approach for both vehicles (stock market and forex) are purely technical analysis or charting. Charting software includes but not limited to: 1.
