I am a Registered Electrical Engineer specializing in electrical estimating, design, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation for construction projects. I have experience working with both high-rise residential developments, including condominiums and multi-tower projects, and horizontal housing developments.

My experience includes reviewing architectural and electrical drawings, performing detailed material take-offs, preparing BOQs and cost estimates, analyzing electrical requirements, and coordinating project information to ensure accurate and complete deliverables. I have worked with electrical power, lighting, panels, equipment, and auxiliary systems such as fire alarm, CCTV, and access control.

I am proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu, and other construction and estimating tools. I am comfortable working with large drawing sets, organizing project data, reviewing specifications, and maintaining accurate documentation throughout the estimating and design process.

I also integrate AI tools into my workflow to improve efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, organize and analyze project information, and streamline my estimating and engineering processes. I use AI as a productivity tool while applying my own engineering judgment and verifying technical outputs.

I am detail-oriented, analytical, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in remote environments. I am continuously developing my skills in electrical design, estimating, BIM, and international construction standards, particularly Australian and US practices.
