We also use Zoho a platform that we replace from salesforce, It is also the same with sales force how ever there are few difference like finding the amount or quoting for the product we are selling its to complicated and hard to find the code you need to type the specific model no or the product code unlike to sales force it is one click and a lot of option but from time to time that we use it I can perfectly adapt now.

IF there is a holiday in US we have holiday sales that we send to the email and sometimes the customer purchase the product through email, quoting them and if they are asking for less price or price matching we consider as much as the companies can provide.

I have a lot of customers calling asking for their concern about the product they purchased from us. They are asking how can they return, replace or how can they use the product. We make sure first what should be the main reason of the call, listen and understand them we gave a solution that will tailored to their specific situations and sometimes we send them an email about trouble shooting.

I have experienced using Avaya and Vonage a soft phone that we use for outbound calling and receiving calls , it also allow us to leave a voicemail if the customers is not available and can even text to the customers if they want to communicate using their personal phone, In Avaya we also use that to punch in and out, breaktime and lunch but we are not allowed to text using Avaya.
