Profile Description

I'm a Project Manager and Shopify Plus developer with over nine years across software, eCommerce and technical support. I've led teams and I've shipped the code myself, and I've found that the combination is where I'm most useful: I can scope a project, run it to deadline and budget, and then go into the theme and fix the thing that's blocking launch rather than waiting on someone else to do it.

On the project side, I've spent five years in management roles: coordinating internal teams and outside vendors, building project plans and presenting them to clients and leadership, managing scope, risk and stakeholders, and leading software support teams as a mentor and coach. I run projects in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall depending on what the work needs, and I'm a certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, which is really just a formal name for how I already think about process and waste.

On the technical side, I build and maintain Shopify and Shopify Plus stores end to end: Liquid, JavaScript, HTML and CSS, theme customization, checkout, payment gateways and app integrations. I've worked across DTC and B2B catalogues, including multi-market Shopify Plus setups with separate storefronts and themes per region, built and QA'd for timed campaigns and seasonal peaks. I keep tracking clean across GA4, Search Console and Microsoft Clarity, build performance baselines to tell real improvements from noise, and I'm comfortable owning site health, speed and conversion work rather than handing it off.

Alongside Shopify I've worked extensively with WordPress, Squarespace and Wix, CRM and automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier and Klaviyo, and the full stack of funnel, hosting and documentation tools that keep an online business running. Across all of it, the through-line is the same: I like owning a problem end to end, from the plan to the code to the result.
