Hi, I’m Jazzy, a Civil Engineering graduate with residential construction experience and practical training in construction estimating.

I can assist with roofing, wall takeoffs, external cladding, timber flooring, tiling, waterproofing, drywall, insulation, framing carpentry, painting, doors, windows, and other residential architectural scopes.

I’m comfortable reviewing construction drawings, measuring quantities, organizing takeoffs in Excel, identifying unclear information, and double-checking my work before submission.

Tools: Bluebeam Revu, PlanSwift, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.

I’m detail-oriented, reliable, easy to communicate with, and comfortable learning your company’s estimating standards and workflow.
