Accessing Database:
As a System Admin User Access in the Database to manage records for WEB Partners, including creation,
viewing, and editing based on approval.
Monitoring transactions for errors, identifying error codes, validating there correctness, and defects encountered in the System Logs, and to facilitate the closure of the raised Service Desk tickets.
API (REST):
Supported a System with 10 APIs focused on Telecom Transactions targeting Mobile Consumers.
Conducted backend checks to identify and handle failed transaction requests, ensuring that data attach to API pass the validation before processing.
Business Requirements to Solutioning:
Review and clarify Business requirements, translating them into a detailed Functionality requirements for Technical Solutions.
Developed a wide plans, finalized solutioning, and provided Timelines within a given scope.
Ensuring the Performance of the System will comply to the baselines.
Deployment/Commercialize a Product:
Leads the creation and the review of the Deployment/Cutover Work Plans for a Change Request in the System or a Database Record Migration in cooperation with the Technical Support Teams.
Coordinates with the Teams to ensure the availability of each resources during Projects Deployment or Cutover.
Documentation to Operations (End User) Handling:
Creates Turn-Over Documents including Policies, and Procedures Manual for Platform/System changes. Ensures a seamless handover to the Operations Support Teams or End User.
Conducting a Walkthrough Sessions for the changes in the System within the assigned Projects.
