Review and clarify Business requirements, translating them into a detailed Functionality requirements for Technical Solutions.

Ensuring the Performance of the System will comply to the baselines.
Deployment/Commercialize a Product:
Leads the creation and the review of the Deployment/Cutover Work Plans for a Change Request in the System or a Database Record Migration in cooperation with the Technical Support Teams.
Coordinates with the Teams to ensure the availability of each resources during Projects Deployment or Cutover.
Documentation to Operations (End User) Handling:
Creates Turn-Over Documents including Policies, and Procedures Manual for Platform/System changes. Ensures a seamless handover to the Operations Support Teams or End User.
Conducting a Walkthrough Sessions for the changes in the System within the assigned Projects.
