I am a hard-working person who likes to challenge herself in every field she belongs to. I started working as a marketing assistant at a shipping line company where we sell ship parts and offer services that our company provides. I've also worked in a BPO setup for a total of 5 years. In those years, I was a customer service representative for 2 years and got promoted to become a resolution supervisor for the remaining years of my stay. During the pandemic, I applied as a quality assurance specialist, where we audit instructors virtually and ensure that they follow the right way of interacting with the students. Luckily, I got promoted after a year to become a recruitment specialist, where we conduct end-to-end recruitment for whatever the company and the clients need.
