I later transitioned into customer service roles with global companies such as Teletech, Teleperformance, and Concentrix, supporting U.S. accounts in telecommunications, healthcare, and travel. In these roles, I handled high call volumes, resolved complex customer concerns, managed billing and technical issues, and delivered excellent customer experiences. I was promoted to a Team Leader / Point of Contact in a healthcare account, strengthening my leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Alongside corporate roles, I gained hands-on experience as a Freelance Virtual Marketing and Graphic Assistant, where I worked directly with a private client to design websites, create ads and lead magnets, build funnels, automate email campaigns, and manage digital tools such as ClickFunnels, ActiveCampaign, Typeform, Canva, and Vimeo. This role sharpened my marketing strategy, automation, and tech-savviness.

More recently, I transitioned into the real estate virtual assistant space, working as a Cold Caller, Appointment Qualifier, and ISA. I handled outbound and inbound calls, followed up with leads via email and text, qualified investors, and managed CRM systems like GoHighLevel, Podio, and CallRail. These roles strengthened my sales communication, objection handling, lead nurturing, and follow-up consistency, particularly within real estate investing environments.
