Hardworking, reliable, fast learner are some of the qualifications the employers are looking for, but sometimes it doesn't work. Right attitude, commitment, and discipline are the key factors I believe an employee must have. Learning without application is not responding.
Working without commitment is irresponsible. Presence without dedication is lack of interest. Those are my learnings from the past.
I worked in a financial institution for 14 years. I was assigned in different positions such as: data control processor, loan processor, documentation processor, securities custodian, teller, and accounting assistant. I believe living is a learning process. You must take different task to unlock your boundaries, pursue different skills to develop expertise and honing your niche to be more effective, productive and beneficial to the company. There is no time frame in career only wasted efforts.
Now, I'm pursuing different career path. Remote job is my priority. To work in my comfort zone, to manage time without lacking opportunities, and to live in a working balance environment. Transportation is crucial to me, that is why work from home is beneficial not only to my family but to my employer as well.
