• Maintain, Manage, and troubleshoot remotely on different network equipment’s such as Cisco, Linux/Unix system and Huawei• Performs initial troubleshooting and coordinating to Tier 2 team for further investigation & resolution• Develop and document records of network configurations, issues, and resolutions for troubleshooting and compliance purposes• Monitoring of Layer 2 and Layer 3 backbone using Networking monitoring tools such as PRTG, Cacti, F5/DC Big-IP Load balancer, Munin graphs, Radcom by Maveriq for KQI/KPI, Grafana, Splunk and MyComOSI• Handle trouble tickets and escalate closely with internal support/engineering/global team to resolve critical alerts in a manner of time• Support ongoing network infrastructure projects to ensure all requirements are well implemented• Provide assistance on network-related activities such as performing pre and post implementation testing, hardware acceptance test, user acceptance test, and during preventive maintenance of network devices• Planning, coordinating, and implementing a network device configuration change to the network to correct network security issues/faults on routers, switches and firewalls• Create, update and manage troubled tickets especially with P1/P2/P3/P4 severity i
