Summary:
A highly experienced and results-oriented Operations Manager with a proven track record of success in the BPO industry. Proven ability to remotely manage and develop teams, while also facilitating mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews. Strong leadership and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with support groups to improve onboarding and performance.
Responsibilities:
Remotely manage support personnel and team leaders in various sites.
Facilitate mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews of team leaders and
Conduct business reviews, updates, and governance calls.
Collaborate with support groups to ensure successful onboarding of new hires and improve their performance trend.
Actively seek program process improvement opportunities through tried and tested methods.
Handle scheduling, staffing, and provide inputs and actions on improving the revenue of the program.
Manage the financials of the said Line of Business.
Travel to various sites, including overseas, to assist with OM onboarding, process improvements, analysis, and action planning.
Represent the company to clients by conducting business reviews and client meetings/1x1s.
Experience: 5 - 10 years
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables etc), PowerPoint, and Word. Adept in using Microsoft Office tools to create, edit, and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Problem-Solving and decision making - Excellent problem-solving skills to identify the root cause of issues and develop a solution that met the needs of all stakeholders. Financials - Proficient financial management skills to create a budget that met the company's needs and ensured that we were able to stay on track financially. Coaching - Employee coaching and mentoring skills to help a new employee develop their skills and knowledge and become a valuable member of the team.
