I began my career as a delivery coordinator but, a few years ago I realized that I want to experience the job that is related to my degree. I really enjoy being in the office. Assist during stocktaking & checking and other activities initiated by Management and/or Client to ensure Inventory count and location accuracy. Assists warehouse Supervisor or team leader for daily Warehouse Operation i.e. receiving transactions, put-away, replenishment and issuance transactions. Providing friendly and professional service to our customers and co-workers. Reports incidents and hazards relevant to its working instructions. Awareness on responsibilities related to company and company policies. Providing regular reporting to management as directed.

Respond to delivery related inquiries and concerns from customers. Make last-minute order adjustments as requested by customers Notify customers about any delivery delays in advance. Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations Provide outstanding services and ensure customer satisfaction Handle and transport hazardous products safely Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly. Ensure that products are properly packed, stored and transported to avoid any accidents and damages. Contact customers to confirm delivery date and address. Plan and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to customers.
Experience: Less than 6 months
Substantiates applicants' skills by administering and scoring tests. Schedules examinations by coordinating appointments. Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation. Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies. Maintains quality service by following organization standards. Went to different places to have a Job fair. Distributing fliers.
