I believe I have the type of knowledge to succeed in this role and at the company because of the experience I earned during my recent employment. The company I worked for is also a flower gifting company in which as a customer support associate, I had tasks such as assisting customers with their request of changing the floral recipe into their own floral design. I also communicated with florists through calls and messages to determine if they have the flowers needed for a specific arrangement. Focal flowers and floral fillers were discussed meticulously to ensure that the floral product chosen by the customer was identical or almost alike. Addons such as plushies, mylar balloons, and keepsakes were also common thing in my previous job. The company also has its own customer relationship management software which I used for more efficient and enhanced transactions with customers. Websites such as FTD (Mercury) and Bloomnet (bloomlink) were the main sites used to transact with florists. I used to always check inquiries from florists by replying to their messages sent on both sites. I sent a timely response to make sure we, the florists and I were on the same page. Negotiation of price, floral substitutions, etc. were the main topic of the conversation. I would call the customer first if he/she agrees with floral substitutions. These were some of the many tasks I had done in my previous job. Being able to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and be very thorough are the key skills I can offer you. Thank you so much.
