I currently support US-based real estate portfolios and have hands-on experience with AppFolio Property Manager, including property accounting operations, bank reconciliations, owner financial packages, management fee calculations, owner distributions, budgeting and variance analysis, tenant ledger and rent roll audits, security deposit processing, payroll administration, and Real Estate Tax (RET) reimbursement calculations.

I also prepare and file NYC RPIE filings and prepare TC201 tax protest documentation and supporting financial schedules for submission to property owners or attorneys.
