I help Australian builders, estimating teams and subcontractors prepare architectural, civil and structural quantity take-offs, organize BOQs and support the estimating process remotely.

I’m a Philippine Licensed Civil Engineer and DPWH Accredited Junior Project Engineer with over eight years of construction experience. My background includes quantity take-offs, detailed cost estimates, drawing preparation, project documentation and site coordination.

I also worked as a project-based Construction Virtual Assistant / Estimator supporting Australian residential projects. This involved quantity take-offs, cost estimation, project documentation and remote coordination.

My current focus is residential construction and civil structures. I support clients with:
• Construction drawing review and quantity take-offs
• BOQ preparation and organization of measured quantities
• Cost estimation and estimating spreadsheets
• Construction data entry and digital file organization
• Project documentation, scheduling assistance and team coordination

My tools include Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Excel, PlanSwift, AutoCAD and SketchUp.

Before focusing on remote construction support, I worked as an Engineer II at the Department of Public Works and Highways. I prepared Programs of Work, quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates, and assisted the Project Engineer in supervising and monitoring 104 completed infrastructure projects.

That combination of office and site experience helps me understand how drawing information and measured quantities relate to actual construction work. I bring a practical approach to reviewing information, organizing documents and communicating with project teams.
