Also, I've been in a call center industry here in Philippines for 2 years, 1 year for as a technical support representative - We are handling 4 cases at a time with 10 minutes AHT . To provide the customer resolution technical he/she need a problem regarding for the internet and landline issued and also, financial account for 3 years - To check and verify the contract for the cash and gadget loan from the customer if he/she approved.
