In my experience as a virtual assistant, a professional career that I chose, I encountered different kinds of tasks that require satisfaction, progress, and results. Most of the projects I handled required consistency.
The task and projects I handled:
List Building – Building a database from various categories such as business owners, motivational speakers, Doctors, and Professionals. Collecting information like LinkedIn accounts,
Hook on Overages – This task is one of my fortes as a virtual assistant. This task is collecting information on excess proceeds from the county that held the bidding of tax, gathering information such as property address, previous owner, case number, sale date, and excess proceeds.
Data Entry – Entering data into the database from the source. Compiling, verifying, and sorting information, and reviewing the given data from errors and incompatibilities.
Skip Tracing – Collecting property information or other categories given such as phone numbers, and addresses using different paid skip tracing sites like, been verified and Spokeo.
Vetting – This is a screening process of my task in Hook on Overages, if the surplus funds are already claimed by the defendant or other parties, ensure that the surplus funds are still available to claim to the court registry.

Social Media Marketing – Promoting brand or services given by the client to the target audience, building and engaging communities using the social media platforms such as LinkedIn,
Instagram Outreach Strategy: This is where we can tell our future clients what we can offer to them, and what we can do for them, it should be the reflection of their goals that they can see to us, it is not about posting photos it should be quality contents, your day to day progress on both personal and professional side.
