First level troubleshooting Utilized to: Do bulk reboot of VMs; Check the status of services within VMs in bulk. Stop/Start services/applications

Add/Edit/Remove user's two step verification (Microsoft Authenticator)

Check if the VM status is active If yes, we usually obtain it's private IP on Azure, and connect to it via RDP.

Fulfill user's request to Run/Trigger/Enable/Disable/Hold/Release batch jobs on Cloud

First level troubleshooting: Restart (if needed) Check disk utilization Check folder's directory when received alert that it's more than 80?pacity

Maintain server's memory/CPU utilization Delete stuck print jobs (printer servers) Maintain that necessary services are running (Fuel Server)
Experience: 2 - 5 years
Add/delete/modify DNS per user's request
