Developing and managing smart 3D BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks, coordinating with architects, engineers and construction teams to deliver accurate, clash-free drawings and documentation.
Designing mechanical systems (HVAC&R, plumbing, fire protection, BMS, etc.) from concept through construction: load calculations, duct/pipe sizing, equipment schedules, technical specification preparation compliant with international codes (ASHRAE, IECC, NFPA, LEED, etc.).
