My name is ---------- ---------- ; 43 years of age, born April 6, 1982; and is a single female residing in the South of Metropolitan Manila in the Philippines. In college, I majored in Marketing & Sales and finished my degree in business back in 2006 in a respectable school, also in the south which is San Beda Alabang.

After graduating, immediately, I worked for my family’s treasured business in print-
publication merchandising & took a role in tactical marketing.

Relatively, we were the biggest and most reliable seller and distributor of US print
magazines and newspapers nation-widest, as my late father called it, here in the Philippines. We mainly focused on subscriptions and carried only several small stores for walk-in customers. The SMe did well from 1984 onwards to 2020, up until the outbreak (Covid-19) hit the Philippines, directly affecting the print industry's sales, when most businesses went bankrupt. It was the fastest declivity in readership the world had ever known, close to a complete wipe-out of print on this planet.

It was firstly felt in the US, next, the Philippines which also had a higher readership. Without the presence of my late father who passed away during Covid-19, even more, I made a tough decision to fight it out because it was not just our bread-and-butter since back in the day but of course, our employees’. Unfortunately, I had to raise both hands & finally close.

Moreover, I had several freelance online jobs which were in creative writing, product
description writing & research; and real estate cold-calling. I also have taken on a role as an ESL teacher for the Orientals who wanted to speak conversational English.
